Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.

Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

i need some help one of the baby rabbits wont or is not getting milk when it eats. i brought the mom and the baby inside and tryed to get the baby to eat while i was holding the mom but it looked like it wasn't getting any milk. this one is the only one that is really small. and it is so cute and i don't want it to die. so can any one help me. what can i do to save the little one? need help fast.

I read on here that you can place the baby on the teat (while someone holds mummy on her side) and it may be able to suckle in this way and get fed, but you would have to do it every day.

i tryed that way and it didn't work. the baby started to try to feed but then it stoped and started moving around. do you think i should try to hand feed it?

I'd get it checked by the vets it could have an internal deformity which is preventing it from doing well.

How old is it :?:

Good luck I hope the vet can help

yeah good luck with everything I don't have any advice unfortunately as I have never been in your situation - fingers crossed that this baby bunny pulls through :)
