Try contacting Anna on firstname.lastname@example.org she does fostering for a couple of London rescues and might be able to help with transport.
Here is one of her buns that might be a good match: http://www.rabbitrehome.org.uk/moreinfo.asp?RabID=1782

I am a fosterer for Animal Rescue and Care based in Twickenham we have lots of lovely females of all ages which are looking for homes. There are many nice females about including Madeleine, Tinsel, Ivy, Disney and quite a few who are under 10 weeks old. They are all on our website www.animalrescueandcare.org.uk if there is anything you are interested in give Donna a call on 020 8755 1807
Whereabouts in London are you? We can then direct you to a local rescue.
