8 rabbits need homes, can anyone help?

I had a call this afternoon from a lady looking to home 8 rabbits. They belonged to a man she knows who has MS but he can no longer care for them and has moved into a flat. There are a group of 5 females and 3 single males. None have been neutered. One is a lop and the others are cross breeds. They are located near Wisbech. I will be going pass that way next Saturday and could pick them up on my way to Lincoln. I will be going past there again on 22nd when I go to Doncaster so could help with transport then as well. Can anyone help?
