And for the more observant of you, you will notice the piece of paper just to the left of Lillians nose, seems to be missing a corner. Well, what happens is this - when Lillian wants food (and she can't be bothered to ringer her bell), she starts munching on the OH's papers that are hanging out. It's very deliberate and Lillian knows exactly what she is doing to get attention and food.
 
Aww bless them. Clever Lillian. Pickle and Beans will go and sit next to their food bowls when they think it’s pellet time. Their food bowls are small plastic bowls, so rather than walk round them to get to the last of the pellets, they pick the edge of the bowl up in their teeth and then drop it on the floor, which bounces the pellets round. Beans has obviously realised that this makes a noise on the tiled floor, so he’s now started doing this to tell me it’s pellet time too!
