Does anybun know what happens if you hand over a bunny that Is to be re homed or found? Do they need ID and address etc?

Might depend on circumstances, but almost certainly yes I would think.

Not sure. ARC give people a form but we don't force them to fill it in and never asked for ID. I assume you could make it all up if you are not asked for ID.

It depends on the circumstances, but yes they will take the details of whoever actually signs over the animal.
