Netherland dwarves (which she looks like she is) weigh up to 2.2lbs (which isn't quite 1kg) when adult so I wouldn't worry about her not being 1kg. My Pete who's 4 years old is around 2lbs....I nick-name him the 'little dot' he's so tiny
