Is the male bunny still with Lilly? If so remove him immediately.
Oh I'm sorry for your loss
I don't know a lot about baby buns, but from what I understand muma bun normally does most the work so you shouldn't have to worry too much just keep an eye on them, I think the link I posted tells you what to look for etc and also what to expect based on their age so that should make monitoring them easier
