Bunny cleaning

Alaska has had another case of diarrhea, she gets it every few months due to ridiculous stomach sensitivities and a blatant refusal to eat hay.

Unfortunately she has a awful habit of laying in it so all round her bum up to her chest is dirty. Shes also a snow white bunny.
Ive been cleaning her 3 - 4 times a day while shes bad as i dont want her to get fly strike. Her fur is now dry but stained.
Is there anything else i could use to clean her up a bit?
