What to do next?

I don't know what to do next. I'm worried that Joey passing away is going to make Izzy stop eating, she's fine for now but I'm not sure what to do. Everything feels wrong and I hate it. What should I do now?

Its totally understandable you'll feel completely lost. Do whatever you can to keep yourself going, minute by minute, hour by hour. I'd sit with Izzy a while so you can be there for each other - I think she'll understand what you're feeling. I'm so sorry you're going through this xx
