I picked Robin up and

TanzyPan

Alpha Buck
Carried him through to the living room, and now I'm all worried I've pushed him too soon :(
I popped him on the living room sofa and sat on the floor so I was eye height with him.

I want him to get used to all 3 downstairs rooms .

He settled for a while with his long legs out to the side and then I listen him down to the floor so he could explore.

He had a quick look but wasn't sure about the TV and then hopped off through the kitchen into the conservatory where his home is .

I hate having anxiety and over thinking everything

I really think that sounds fine :) You said he settled at first, so I'm sure he felt relaxed. Now he knows there are other areas, he might surprise you by wandering into them in the next couple of days.

It sounds like he thought it was fine, you seem so in tune with his needs I'm sure you wouldn't push him too far

It's taken him weeks to have a look in the kitchen but he doesn't stay he always goes back home..

Just want him to be content in every room

You love him so much and want him to happily explore everywhere :D He will do, and now you've shown him another area, he will return to it when he wants to.

You are not alone overthinking. I think a lot of caring people with rabbits, particularly when they are in the house, continually worry about their health and happiness. I know I do even now after all these years :D

Squiggles my big boss lady will only go anywhere if one of the others escort her, shes too nervous to go outside with out following somebu else and she waits for somebun to bring her in too. Shes a riot when she ventures into the living room, she stretches really long, close to the floor and walks in like a cat. Shes just really nervous not knowing whats waiting for her but once she gets there she does a binky as though shes proud of herself for being brave  All the others coddle her.

I definitely love him so much , I spend a lot of time with him because I don't want him to get lonely as he isn't bonded.
He seems happy binkies always eats and sleeps lots and sits on my lap and runs to me ..

But it's dropping cold at nights in the conservatory now so I'd like it if he came into the other rooms with us instead of me being out there

I think the fact that he knows he can go back to his familiar area shows he's not stressed by his little adventure. I'm sure he'll soon be hopping around confidently!

Stakki has the run of the house but he always hangs out in the same places. I think he's forgotten upstairs exists.

Bringing him in worked a treat as he came in twice now on his own and has been having a good look around.. mostly looking under the sofa since he's discovered he fits under it hahaha
