Routine change

Over Summer the bunnies got used to being let out on the lawn when the washing was out, usually Sundays. Now we still do the washing on Sundays and sometimes put it out for a bit but don't let them out as we're out most of the afternoon, letting them out on Saturdays instead. They usually shark at the door to be let out if they're in Area 3 (the hutch) and we're outside anytime, on the offchance they might be allowed out, but they were so bad/desperate Sunday they didn't even charge back into Area 2 (the run) when Matt put their forage in there. Well, not for about 40mins anyway ;P

Here they are sharking at the door (sharking: following my every move or just generally moving sideways up and down the mesh with their little noses in the air):



Thankfully there's another door in the hutch-base so we don't have to make them think they're being let out if we want to get to them in there!

Only Frosty comes forward when I open the shed door. The other three hang back and wait for the food to arrive!

They're hilarious little things Both really outgoing, friendly, food-obsessed...! Aboleth was a little shy at first but when she realised Lopsy was geting tasty food and she wasn't getting as much, she soon came out of her shell :lol: Now she's the first one everywhere: only one eye but she's the smarter one! Not that smart though ;P
