Does anyone know where the quote/ reference saying that rabbits are the most neglected pet?

I'm not sure but rescues are overflowing with unwanted bunnies etc.Maybe check rspca site or sspca for Scotland.

But they all seem to quote the rspca but I can't find any info actually from the rspca :?

It was an RSPCA press release, although other people/orgs have said similar.
