Hay rack?

I'm in need of ideas for a hay rack. Preferably someone I can go out and buy this weekend!

So far my pair have their hay in their litter tray but I think this is causing them to not eat enough hay, and because one of mine has lost some weight (otherwise healthy) I need to find someone else to put the hay in for them so they keep eating from there instead of not from the tray after a few hours of using it.

Any ideas please?

A hanging basket? Either a whole basket that you can hang up or one of those half baskets that are normally wall-mounted. Dirt cheap in places like B&Q as well - just a couple of quid.

I have a second hand wooden magazine rack filled with hay for my four, along the three 32 litre underbed storage boxes with newspaper, straw and hay.
