Fortekor - someone with experience administering please

I have been prescribed fortekor for Noah, 1/2 tablet per day. Initially I crushed it up with 1ml of water like I do his tramadol but I just opened the tub (had two crushed tablets in it) and it smelt so vile I chucked it away and made a new tablet up. Is there an easier way to dose? At this rate I'll be crushing up tablets daily but I find so much of the tablet gets left wasted if I do it that way.

Its normally easier to crush it daily.
If you're lucky, you could ask your vet to split, crush & put into empty capsules for you. (So each capsule is 1/2 a tablet). Then all you'll need to do is open up each capsule a day.

I assume mixing it in water & administering this way works? If not, how about some natural baby food?

When I had Sox on it our vet provided it in like a liquid form for syringing
