Help posting for bunnies

Hi,

My bunnies need be re-homed and I am trying to PM SOAD in relation to do it but I don't seem to have permission

Do I have to be a member for a certain time?

Did you receive an account activation email and are you able to post in any of the other forums apart from this one?
