confused rabbit

my rabbit used to live downstairs however we moved him upstairs so he could get more space to himself and some peace and quite . he adjusted well but several months later now whenever we bring him downstairs he seems really lost and like he doesn't know where he is going and i was worried as to if its normal , thankyou

Is he otherwise healthy ? My house bunny doesn't like change at all, his sight and hearing aren't the best so he doesn't cope well with new rooms or a change in his own room.
