Please keep in mind that posts on this forum are from members of the public sharing personal opinions. It is not a replacement for qualified medical advice from a veterinarian. Many illnesses share similar symptoms but require different treatments. A medical exam is necessary for an accurate diagnosis, without which appropriate treatment cannot be given.

You should always consult your vet before following any suggestions for medication or treatment you have read about. The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Even non prescription drugs can do harm if given inappropriately.

We are very grateful to members who take time to answer other members questions, but please do be clear in your replies that you are sharing personal experience and not giving instructions on what must be done.

Urgent Medical Advice: If you need, or think you might need, urgent medical advice you should contact a vet. If it is out of working hours phone your vet's normal number and there should be an answer phone message with instructions on what to do.

On ''Poo Watch''

There were some teeny poops in the enclosure this morning :( always makes me nervous, especially seeing as Milo has been poorly twice before, once with stasis and again with EC alongside stasis. Keeping a very watchful eye for any EC signs too.

Both bunnies ate their morning pellet well and had some Fibafirst sticks which I'm hoping will boost them! I felt both tummies, Milo's felt fine nice and soft and Finn's was a bit firm (but it always is!)

I've brought the bunny cam to work so I can keep an eye on them at the office. They have both been eating hay but Milo is now dozing in the litter tray, I really hope he isn't getting poorly :(

I am nervous as I don't have any Metacam on hand if he started looking not so good, I have Infacol and a little bit of a couple of other gut meds but I obviously wouldn't use those unless I'd seen a vet first.

Please don't tell me this is the start of something :|

Here he is on Bunny cam, this was only a few minute ago but he's just got up for another nibble so hopefully he's just having a lazy morning!

Nibbling and suspicious of being watched? ''Sumthin ain't right here!''

If he's still nibbling hay that's a good sign.

He might normally nap in the tray during the day? If you don't normally have the camera set up you might not normally see this behaviour.

When we had the camera we believed that Daphne was the noisy, active one. She isn't... Phoebe is.

I have the camera on quite a bit, just a bit less at the moment. I know their routine pretty much down to a tee, morning is eating and play time! They don't usually go to sleep until around 9:30-10am until 2:30-3pm.

I'm not saying it mean's he's definitely poorly! It's just something I need to keep an eye on with him being having it twice before. :)

Its lovely that you know their routine so well :)

Fingers crossed he's just being lazy this morning and will be back to his normal self when you get home.

Thanks :) he's been jumping around the enclosure for play time and is not having another nibble, hopefully he is just ''having me on'' x
