Hi guys, not been on for so long but I'm hoping that you will send nose bumps and mega vibes for Ruby please.
I found her off her food and looking very poorly this morning, she wouldn't move and I just knew she wasn't right.
I've taken her to the vets and she's been admitted. They warned me she was very poorly and might not make it!
She doesn't seem to have any injury.
Her body temp was very cold. So they're starting fluids, warming and getting her xrayed. They'll phone me with an update soon.

I'm devastated 😢 Ruby is such a gentle bunny. Get well soon my fluff ball. Xxx
 
The vet has just called. Ruby temp is getting better but they had to give her adrenaline as her heart rate dropped, that's has perked her up again so now they're trying to stabilise her. The scan revealed swelling in her gut so they really need to operate to see what's going on. They said she isn't well enough to go under and wouldn't survive at present.
The next few hours are critical for her.
I can't believe she has went down hill so quickly 😢 xx

Oh dear poor Ruby. I'm so sorry. I was hoping for better news.

Praying she will get through this and be well again very soon xx
 
Ruby is with the angels at Rainbow bridge.
Her bloods came back yesterday indicating multiple organ failure. The vet said there was nothing more that could be done and advised we let her go.
I'm absolutely devastated as is our family. It was so quick and it hasn't sunk in that I've lost my much loved beautiful bunny.
RIP my beautiful Ruby. Xxx
