Raining and pouring

So its been raining this afternoon. The rabbits have two houses in their run which are waterproof, wind proof etc. One they can sit on top of, the other they can't.

For the last two hours its been raining fairly consistently, but both the bunnies have decided they should sit on top of the waterproof house, in the rain, snuggled together.

Does anyone else have bunnies that like to sit in the rain? Or do I just have some odd bunnies.

What houses do you use for the run? Do you have any images?

Rabbits in the wild go out in any weather, my old buns used to be out in the rain swell, it must be 'refreshing' for them.

Our two outdoor Bunnies were out in their run the other day when it started to hammer it down.
So out I go and place a tarp over ¾ of the run, getting drenched in the process.
And guess how they rewarded me...?
That's right, by sitting at the uncovered end, getting soaked!!!! [emoji2] [emoji2] [emoji6]

They have a few different runs of varying size linked together but only have the two houses as they are indoor bunnies and only outside for a few hours a day if the weather is good.
