A new hutch and enclosure for Tiny

I will start to build a new enclosure and a hutch for our bunny in 2-3 weeks. I will post pictures as I start building it.
Right now according to my calculations it will cost me around £400. I'll list all the materials planned for the build.

Does anyone have any good tips or suggestions?

Wow that looks detailed! Can't wait to see pics as you progress with it!

Only small suggestion I can make is to go for tinted PVC roofing.

the roof will be plywood with a PVC roofing sheet on top of it to make it waterproof.

And when we adopt a female bunny, I'll be building additions to it so they have more shelter.

I've had a quick look but i would suggest changing swan timber to planed timber not just or your rabbits benefit but your own.
