Shes on her second lot of lapizole 28 day treatment, after the first, she cleared up completely, but so far shes half way through the second with no improvement :( shes going back to the vets soon to possible treat with other meds
 
Did your vet just give the Lapizole wihtout any other meds? not great to go for a 1st course without others let alone a 2nd She should also be on anit biotics and Metacam..her area/dishes/toys should also be cleaned out regularly with a vet strength disinfectant or a bleach solution as that will kill off any shed EC spores.
