Update on Tiffany ..

Tiffany .

She arrived with us after her partner was killed when dogs broke into her hutch.
We noticed straight away that something wasn't right with her .
She went in for x rays as we suspected a heart problem ...but no ..everything was normal .
After a while it became clear that the problems Tiffany were having were stress related . Almost certainly brought on by the horrific dog attack .
When she felt threatened or was confined Tiffany would start to hyperventilate .


She is much better now but its possible she may always be prone to this problem . However she has coped with vet visits well and is now spayed and vaccinated .

Because of what has happened and because of her problem we are looking for a home for her no more than an hours drive away from us as she doesn't travel very well . We would also like to see her paired with another if possible . Tiffany will not be rehomed to live in a conventional hutch . She needs space so will have to have a shed or playhouse set up or be relatively free range indoors .
