Thanks for all the replies, we will do this most days now and I'm sure I'll learn to relax a bit and actually do some gardening!
They nibbled on lots of things but didn't really stay in one location for more than a few minutes, I'm going to put some mesh round my beans today.
how did you stop them eating all your plants?!!

Thanks for your kind replies, it's a bit of a jungle but takes a lot of work to keep it like that!!!!!
