Hi please can someone pass this on for me. This is Pets mum, I have been locked out of my account for a week now. I have tried password reset numerous times, but no email received back to do this. Have sent 2 emails, but again no reply. In desperation I have had to re register under OH email address to access site. Thanks

I've flagged this up for Tamsin to have a look at for you. Just a thought but have you checked your spam folder in case the emails ended up there?

Yes I have, and cleared cookies too, on two PC, s. Thanks Karen !

Sorry to have post again, but still not heard anything re my locked account-it's been over 2 weeks now ! Help anyone ?
