Which rabbit pair to put in new hutch

I am getting a 2tier 6ft but the floors are divided I have one mini lop who is in an old hutch who im going to bond with a shelter rabbit and 2 adult English rabbits who are in a single 6ft rabbit hutch, so im wondering where to put the 2 pairs I also have 2 runs for the rabbits 1small fence run and one massive run that attaches to the 1tier hutch that the 2 adults are in, so should I put the lops in the big hutch small run or in the 1tier big run?Or put the big rabbits in the big hutch or leave them where they are now?

put the big rabbits in the bigger hutch if you could block off the other hutch for the big rabbits to run or make a side for it then it can be independant of the hutch
