lump between shoulder blades

Hey everyone,
i took polly to the vets about 2-3 weeks ago because she had a urine infection. The vet injected both metacam and baytril under her skin at her neck and bum area. Now ive jus notices a hardish lump come up between her shoulder blades.

I've since read that this isnt good as it can cause abscesses?
What should i do?

It could be a sterile abscess from the baytril, which is different from a normal abscess as there is no infection involved. Best thing would be to ring your vet for advice.

Thank you for letting me know, i am worried as its sorta big. i am taking her tommorow for a check up so will ask
