Hey Mum ... stairs are fun !

My daughter has to sit at the top because even though there is hardboard to stop them jumping / falling through to the hallway and a barrier at the top, there is another flight of stairs just above that are wooden and open tread and we haven't figured a way to bunny proof them yet.

Anyone got any ideas?

Cut little bunnies

You could always use a kiddie gate with attached cube panels (to stop them squeezing through the gaps) or puppy panels.

However, I think as with small children you will always need to be cautious with them playing on the stairs. Unfortunately, one of my elderly bunnies once broke her front leg falling from top to bottom, after years of nimbly roaring up and down.
