Do you have nicknames for your pets?

I do. I think all of my pets have accumulated nicknames, including Athena, who has only been a part of our lives for just over a week!

Here's some of them:

Zara (black DLH cat): Zee, Zar, Boo, Trouble, Zigzag, ZZTop (that one is actually from a friend of mine in Canada, who gave her that nickname before she even met Zara)
Brannigan (black DSH cat): Bran, BranBran, Branston, Branston Pickle, Branston Pickle Cat, Bran Flakes, Flakes, Flakey Boy, Heffalump
Nyssa (tortoishell DSH cat): Nyss, Nyssie, Noodle, Oodles of Noodles, Princess
Ajali (pronounced Ah-Har-Lee - ginger DSH cat): AJ, Age, A, Mr. A, Coward, Ginger, Ginger Nut, Nut, Nutter, Gingee
Elphie (blue dwarf lop, she's the one in my avatar): Elf, Elphaba, Elphie Elf
Galinda (blue dwarf lop, Elphie's sister): Gee, Diva
Athena (chinchilla grey lionhead cross): Thena, Munchkin

Probably some I've missed, since I'm always coming out with new things to call my personal petting zoo. Still, I'm intrigued to know what you call your companions aside from their *actual* name.

Yup, nearly all mine have nicknames.
Lady the pony - lou, noonoo & mini
Fudge the horse - bean or beanhead
Tish the cat - meme or meems as she sounds like she's saying meme when she meows
Katniss the bunny - nisnis
Cinna the bunny - cinna binna
Haymitch the bunny - midge & midget the fidget
Prim the bunny doesn't have a nickname
Fang the guineapig - little guy or kracken
Salene the guineapig - princess pompom (that was her name before we got her)
Sparks the Florida Gar gets called Sparkle
Dozer the jade goby gets called fatty because he is.
Niobe the Japense tiger fish gets called nobes.
The other ten fish all have names but no nicknames

Milo gets ''Miles'' and ''Miley Milo''

Finnlay gets ''Finn'' and sometimes ''Finnberly'' (a joke from when the vet thought he might be a girl.

Not very interesting :lol:

Hershel (Mini Lop) - Hersh, Hershey, Hershey Bear, Mr Bear, Grumpy Bear and he sometimes gets Little Grey Bunny.
Maggie (Dwarf Lop) - Boo, Boo Bear or Mrs Bear and then sometimes Little Madam :lol:
George (Dwarf Lop)- Georgie, Georgolicious, George Clooney.
Harry (Dwarf Lop)- Haribo, Princess Stroppy Pants and sometimes Hasbo (this is more to annoy my sister).
Floss (Border Collie) - Flossie, Flosspot, Pudding
Nell (Border Collie) - Nelly, Nelly Belly, Nelly Welly, Nell Nells, Smelly Nelly


Some of my Bridge pets were:

Lassie (Border Collie X) - Lassie SuperDog.
Judy (Border Collie) - Ju-Ju or Fatso
Louie (Border Collie) - Lou, Lou-Lou
Snowflake (white lionhead bun) - Snow or Flakey
Humbug (english spot cross) - Bugs or Mr Bugs.
 
Oh yes: Bobby and Sable (rabbits) Bobsie or Roberto & Sabes. Shaolin and Bella (cats) Shabes or Shou Shou & Bell-bell. I used to call Mia Me-me. Collectively My Babies (as in Good morning My Babies when greeting the rabbits in the morning). Sad or what! ;)

'Mottlington and Peaches sitting on the beaches, Mottlington and Peacherreacher roolingtons my little ron con coolingtons my littler mottlerro'.

Mottle - mottlings
Peaches - peacherroo

Our collie, Tass - Tasslington or Tassles
Our labrador, Jojo - joser (joser joser black samosa).

We go with themed names in our house :D - the fish are all named after matrix characters apart from the two that already had names when we got them (we have 16 indoor fish).
The three outdoor fish are named after the weather.
Foster bunnies (Echo & Ivy) are named after Dolls House characters
The horses already had their names when I got them as did Fang, Salene was named Salene with the vampire theme in mind after the underworld character :D
 
The Piggies are collectively "The Birds" or "The girlies".

Tilly is Tilly Tuppence and Hettie is Hettie Feather.

Molly the cat is Milly Molly Mandy.

Rupesy, rupes the poops, my little prince, little s*** (haha), rupey rupey roo roo, pest (haha), trouble

Tia -

Teesa, Maria, tia maria, missy, missy moo, missy moo moo, strife (trouble and strife haha), fluff ball, girly

Domimo (hamster) -

Dom, Sir Dom, Dominosis
 
Ha ha ha some great ones there!

Hollie: Holliebobs, bobs, little-one, trouble (she's only been with us 3 weeks so I'm sure there'll be more added as time goes on)

Rascal: Rascal-Chops, Choppies, monkey, binky-boy

Collectively they're Mummy's Monkeys or stinkbums
 
Bobo - his insured name is Boris but we started calling him Bobo ages ago and thats his name now.

Sheldon and Holly - Shelly Bean and Mrs Bean (where the Bean came from who knows:roll:)

Cheyenne - Monkey Face

Bug - Bugalicious, Buggsticle,

Harley - Knickers (again - have no idea where how that arrived:lol:)

Tango just gets called Tangobun
Pepper only listens if you say his name twice and quickly... Pepperpepper
And Doris is nicknamed Salt (she lives with Pepper, I kept her rescue name but OH insists she is Salt [emoji4])
 
Our boy is called Bo, he was called Millie Bojangles until his neuter when they realized he was a boy, he's now called Bo/Boey/Bofassa/Fassy/Fassy Bo Baggins/Boseph/Bozo or any other variation that comes into our heads...

Bee the black doe, is called Bee, Beeseqwee, Squeeb, black bunny, Beesq

Together they're called: team hop, the bunzles

Well I don't think they are any more ridiculous than calling a cat named Zara "Boo" or a bunny named Athena "Munchkin"!

Also, last time I needed to take Ajali (ginger tom cat) to the vet, the vet kept calling him "Sausage" :D
