Subject: Win Bunny Treats, Complain about Rabbit Welfare Issues & New Years Resolutions

Happy New Year

Here are some of the recent interesting topics from the Rabbits United Forum as well as the discussions that are kicking of today for Wabbit Wednesday. Please pop in and share your own thoughts and questions.

Win Hungry Bun Treats

We have three boxes of tasty but healthy Hungry Bun treats to giveaway, to be entered in the draw just post a picture of your hungry bun in this topic. Entries in by midnight 21st January.

New Year Resolutions

What are your bunny plans – an accommodation makeover, foraging for greens, more toys, less treats or extra exercise? Make your pledges here, and steal some ideas.

What are you doing to promote rabbit welfare?
As well as thinking about you own rabbit’s welfare, why not think about wider and consider how you could help other rabbits this year. Here are some of the little things that could make a difference.

Can Complaining Online Make a Difference?
Talking about making a difference... If you’ve shopped online you’ve probably seen a product aimed at rabbit owners that is completely unsuitable – tiny hutches, low fibre food, unhealthy treats... we’re going to see how much of a difference complaining can make. Check here for tips on complaining and to post successes and failures.

Monthly Weigh In

One good new year resolution is to regularly weight your rabbit to make sure they aren’t putting on (or losing) weight. Post your rabbit’s current weight and we’ll give you a prompt each Wabbit Wednesday to recheck.
