Can you tell the sex of a cat by this picture???

I'm guessing neutered boy but it's hard to see from there
Most ginger cats are boys, you can get females but more unusual
If there's a Space between genitals and anus then it's a boy
If there's a type of figure of 8 ie top of the 8 is genitals and bottom is anus it's a girl
Does that make sense?
