Downton Abbey - new episode featuring buns from RU

Downton Bunnies

Storm and Mallow have seen Downton Abbey. Whilst they enjoy some of the scenery, they feel the house would be better occupied by buns. It is about the right size for a bonded couple and has lots of exciting places to sleep, run and hide. The hoomins still feature at the house, but they are kept downstairs, serving the buns, as is only right.

The characters...

Lord Grantham has a face that noone wants to see. We has dismissed him and in his place we has the magnificent Lord Spenser.

Lord Spenser's wife is now played by the glamorous, the gorgeous, the sable coated Mabels. Looking spectacular in her new hat, she has the young bucks swooning after her.

The love interest is being played by the handsome young Lord Herbert. A dashing buck with a glowing coat and a norty glint in his eye.

Storm plays the part of the cousin who has never been heard of before and suddenly arrives at the house for what turns out to be an surprisingly short visit.

When there has been nortiness, the local bunstabulary have to be called in. Endeavour plays the young detective who can sniffs out nortiness like no other bunneh.

The plot...

Lord Spenser has gone for a hop round his estate. He is busy inspecting the vegetable plot and tasting the produce when unbeknown to him, Lord Herbert arrives at the big house. The glamorous Mabels is in the hallway, she turns to see Lord Herbert binkying towards her. Mabels is mesmorised by Lord Herbert's lovely, long ears, his beautiful coat and the way he tickles her ears with his tongue.

At that moment, Lord Spenser arrives back at the house and surprises the young lovers. He chases Lord Herbert, that lustful buck, off the premises, giving him a big bite on the bum just to teach him a lesson not to mess with his Mabels. As Lord Herbert scampers across the hall, his paws slip on the polished floor and he knocks into Storm, the unfortunate cousin noone's ever heard of. The scene closes with Storm lying unconscious on the floor. But is he dead or is it just a DBF?

The bunstabulory are informed and in the nick of time Endeavour arrives. Endeavour is known for his uncanny ability to distinguish the dead from the DBF. He wafts a Fungreek crunchie in front of the faking Storm who immediately snatches it and runs off into the distance, never to appear in any plot lines again.

The episode closes with Lord Spenser and his Mabels sharing a couple of carrotinis in front of a roaring fire.

In case you are wondering why there are none of the hoomin servants in the story, they are too busy downstairs listening to a presumptious teacher called Miss Bunting (ha!) who is filling their head with stupid ideas like they should live upstairs in the comfy rooms.

PS. Thanks to all the bunnies who agreed to star in this episode.
Apologies for the random sizes of the photos - it's so hard to get the staff and this apprentice is on the verge of having a major strop with Photobucket (which is being renamed something rather rude)

Brilliant  Can't wait for the next episode. :thumb:

I've never watched Downton Abbey, but if it's as good as the bunny version then perhaps I should.
