Baby rabbit

Long story will explain later but quickly can some one tell me what baby bunnies can eat veg wise?? Kale?? Tiny bits? Help?

How baby is the baby rabbit? Unless they have been introduced/lived with veg being fed to their mom while they were tiny I don't think veg is something that 'needs' giving to them until 5 months or something like that. But I don't know really.

Do you know what the diet of the rabbit was? I think hay and probably forage would be the best thing to offer

Well it's a long story but no mum was seen, he was in a barrel with 20 other rabbits some were dead :roll:

She said he was 13 weeks but I don't think so he's tiny, but I also know nothing about baby bunnies :roll:

What a teeny thing! Very sad story though

Yeah I don't think veg would be good right now especially as the previous diet is unknown. Babies have really sensitive tums so personally I'd be encouraging as much hay eating as possible
