Blackavar's new girlfriend! She's a 6 month old wildie x from BARC and we all love her already :love:

She came to live with us on Friday & has been bonding with Blackavar ever since. Her official name is Cowslip, but I've nicknamed her Cherry :love:

The pictures are poor quality unfortunately as I don't like to disturb them too much.

He's a totally different rabbit! Last week he had his second dental & stayed at the vets for 2 days as he still wouldn't eat. He's been lonely & depressed for ages now, but as soon as I brought Cherry home, he immediately snapped out of it & now he's a right greedy guts & so much livelier, it's fantastic to see. Cherry's not so enamoured of him yet, but she's starting to settle in & seems less frightened then she did on Friday! I couldn't be more thrilled with her or for them as a couple :love:

I know that Rambo brought the life back into Cassie's world (even though her and Katy were not bonded they were next to each other and she did miss her) and our lives too. Two is definitely company x

Absolutely. Poor Blackavar's not had a brilliant life - he was a stud bunny before he came to me when his mate died, didn't eat hay & barely touched his museli. He went into stasis as soon as he arrived with me so I got him through that, got him vaccinated & neutered, persuaded him hay was nommy & pellets too. Then he was bonded into my quad but Badger died & he fell out with Blueberry. Then he had a second stasis episode in July & his first dental & then the pallava last week! That was £400 & £300 in July! And insurance won't cover dental & gastro intestinal is classes as a pre existing condition :roll: so yeah I'm hoping they fall in love & love happily ever after! Both for his sake, & my poor bank account!!!

Just gave the gang some parsley. She didn't quite take it firm my hand but she came over to investigate :love: I think she's quickly realising me = food! :lol::love:

thank you for giving her a home ....Im chuffed to bits that Blackavar has picked up so quickly . love at first sight for him :love: :thumb:
