His advanced spinal osteoarthritis has worsened a lot over recent weeks despite lots of treatment. This morning, whilst being very bright within himself, he is almost totally off his hind legs He is not a Rabbit who copes well with hands-on care and we have agreed that should hind leg paralysis occur we would have to let him go. He would be utterly miserable if I had to handle him numerous times a day to give all the care essential for a paralysed Rabbit His quality of life has to be my priority, however awful it may be for me
