Alpha Buck
Sorry for this post, I am just overwhelmed with this right now and have been worrying about it so much. Ashley has never been a cheap bunny to keep but I am a firm believer in taking financial responsibility for animals you choose to take on. However I have spent £800 in vet bills in the last month, this is frankly unaffordable for us and not something I can keep doing
As well as that she has to go back to the vets again this Thursday for which there will be a charge. She is also going to have acupuncture 1-2 times a week for a month initially, I don't know how much that is going to be or how long she will need it for and then after that she will need yet another dental and blood tests.
She is insured with Petplan however they don't cover dentals and most of her issues centre around her dental problems. Her excess is also £90 per condition now and she has several conditions. I got a little bit back when I claimed for the bill in July.
She is never quite right anymore, but her quality of life is OK and she seems happy enough as long as she gets what she needs. Some backstory on this thread.
Does anyone have any ideas about what I can do please.
