broken toe or nail help

I noticed yesturday that charlie has a nail on his front paw that is pointing out at a funny angle. i tried to look but he does not like me touching that paw at all! it clearly hurts to touch it. i haven't noticed any blood like when he tore another nail in the past and it was hanging off (it came off and bled but vet checked and it healed nicely) he has his vaccination tomorrow anyway so it will get checked but is it possible its a broken toe?? i really hope not as it would be terrible timing money wise if im honest but hey.

any experience with this i would really appreciate!

It's probably just a broken nail that hasn't quite come off. Maddie's had a few before.
 
If it is the entire toe that is at an odd angle then it may be dislocated. This would be very painful so if you think this has happened you need to call the Vet today to seek advice. At the very least some pain relief would be needed.
 
it looks to be just the nail at a funny angle . thankfully he is his usaul troublesome cheeky self :roll: i will take your advice thought, thank you!!! i will update later
 
Well its ok, it was just that his nail had cracked near the base but its all sorted and his vaccs and health check all done. :) very happy bunny owner!
