How to re-bond?

How do I go about rebonding bunnies that already live together? I want to separate Lana and Luna as Luna is bullying Lana and it is getting quite bad. They live in my bedroom freerange so it'll be quite hard to neutralize the area. Do I just, give it a good hoover and wash their stuff? Do I separate them first and slowly re-introduce? I have puppy panels I could use to split the room in half perhaps.

is there no where else which is neutral territory to reintroduce them?
