the vet gave it a good squeeze and hundreds of pus came out it. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen! She cleaned the abcess, gave her pain meds and antibiotics and also checked in her mouth to see if there was any obvious swelling etc in her mouth which there wasn't. The vet said it wasn't positioned on her jawline so fingered crossed it was just a one off. We are going back in a week for a check up. Daisy is currently sitting in a bad mood in the hall. She was not impressed by the temp in the car or being handled by the vet.
