Wise Old Thumper
Norby's doing great on his babyfood but has been ignoring his hamster food a bit, think it was too much hard work compared to his mush. So I broke all his food into smaller bits and opened all his sunflower seeds (spoilt? Norbert? Nooo!) and he's much happier with it now.

Tucking in :D

(Aren't male hamsters horribly proportioned? )

I think Chinese hammies are a bit more likely to live up to three years than the other species of hamster. I assumed he was quite old when I got him (he didn't act like my other "young" hamsters) so didn't expect to still have him two and a half years later
