Rory has quite long fur his previous owner allowed his fur to become matted and it was so bad it pulled on his skin, so we have been absolutely rigid in making sure we brush him twice a day.
This morning we got him out and managed to groom him since then he has been laying against the water bottle in his cage and from 9am to now his fur is dry and matted all down his right side.
We have brushed and snipped as much as we can and its taken us over an hour but we have had to give him a little break as he was getting angry.
What brushes do people advise we have a comb that was recommended to us by pets at home that is suppose to be for matted fur. So we wondered if we were using the wrong brush.
