5 year old rabbits

Joey is 5 and Izzy will be 5 later in the year, should I be doing much different as they get older? I know there's a good chance they still have a lot of years left but they are probably about middle age now and I'm not sure if I should be doing anything different or changing anything for them.

Molly is 7 now and for the past year I have been giving her science selective mature rabbit pellets. Other than that I do nothing different really.

Just keep an eye on their weight, and hay intake really
