Luna has a scab thing on the back of her ear

New Kit
Hi All,

I was stroking Luna the other day and felt something hard. It looks like a scab is growing on the back of her ear, towards the base. I can't figure out how to upload a photo on this thread, anyone? Would like to show u how it looks like. I haven't a clue what it is and not sure if it's something I should be worrying about. Shes also started to get hard crusts on the corners of her eyes too, which I just pick off with my fingers

Please help!

Does sound like ear mites mibbe. Pic would help.

Is the crusts on her eyes not just sleep? My two get it.

You upload to photobucket and then get a link from there x

I would get her vet checked, it could be anything from mites, to an old wound, ringworm etc. Its a bit hard to tell from pictures.

Neo has scabs on his ears, the vet said it could just be from scratching and they aren't too worried, they also checked for mites but didn't find anything, however I'm calling another vets soon to get a second opinion.

The crust is probably just sleep, Neo gets it too.

Best to get checked out though :)
