For those of you who have not seen this picture before, this was BJ six years ago when he was at BARC. Angie described as 'only small, probably a lionhead cross.'



As the years have gone by his lionhead genes have started to take over. His mane is now longer than ever before. It makes him look very cavalier. So here is BJ, my mane man!

Their manes normally improve when they have consistently brilliant care :thumb: My Benji didn't have much of a mane for the first few years I had him, he was loved but had a rubbish diet etc as it was before I found this forum. When his diet improved and he was neutered and bonded, his little mane sprouted properly
