Hutch sale opinions please!!

I need to sell my hutches ASAP so I can get the runs set up, I planned to clean and paint them this weekend but just haven't found time (too busy messing in shed :lol so I'm wondering do u think the majority of people would rather buy a 'ready to go' second hand hutch or one that they can personalise themselves? They'll be going on eBay now. Obviously I will clean them but I'm wondering if I can get away with just selling them 'as seen' and not do any repainting or patching up of holes (from runaround) Opinions please!! Thank you
