Does anyone know what this could be...very sore ear! vets not sure why...

My friends rabbits ear keeps developing these red round marks which are hard to the touch and feels like something's in it, they burst and go into a blood blister... any idea what it could be??

Is the Rabbit scratching his/her ears alot ?

Has the Vet examined inside the ear canal ?

yeh she has been seen by a vet and is on antibiotics for the previous blood blister... she has been recently bonded with 2 other buns but no obvious bites
