If you look closely at her fur, I expect you'll find each strand has different colours along the length, possibly white nearest the skin, then a band of grey and then right at the tip black or dark grey? When they moult/grow new fur and it's just coming through you'll see that black/grey tip first, which mean it will look like she has dark patches. As the fur grows all the way through it should end up looking normal
