Spade and bonding

Any ideas when we should put how rabbits together again! We had Lucy spaded today and the vet
Also found a scab on her side. So at the moment she has a open wound on her side and stitches underneath. However when do I put her with biscuit! They were trying to nose each other through the cage so we let me see each other and he was licking her and then when he went back to her he went for her where she had her op. so I've separated them but I don't want to leave it to long encase they don't bond again!!
