Rabbit making an odd noise

Poppy is making a sort if squeezing noise tonight as she's moving around.

It sounds like one if those growling teddy bears that's gone a bit flat.

Never heard it before, what could it mean.

I gave her a nose rub and a cuddle but after about an hour it started again. There us a good chance she is pregnant, dunno if that is related

It is likely to be hormone related. How far advanced is the pregnancy ? Does usually become vocal near to when they are going to give birth.
