Ok so I took my single bun ted to the vets today to discuss being neutered and the plan was to check today and book procedue for next week. Unfortunately teds man bits r a little small so he will have to wait another month to see if he grows some more.
I was actually shocked at the vets as he told me that he doesn't recommend neutering male rabbits unless they are living with a female rabbit and he also said that 2 entire male rabbits live well together !
The whole reason I want ted neutered is because the plan is to bond him to my pair and I understand the neutering will calm him for this process. If the trio bond doesnt work then I will get ted a friend .
I was shocked at how he was basically saying ted could b bonded with my pair without neutering and I could even get him a male to live with without neutering! Is my vet completly taliking out of his backside ? !!
