I placed an order with PetMeds for the green oat hay that Rolo likes (sometimes!!!).
Last time, they couldn't fulfil the order as it was out of stock - this time it says on their website, they have some so I put the order through over the weekend.
I messages them yesterday to check they had it and they came back to me to say they were very sorry, but they were still out of stock.
Today, I checked my on line banking and they've still debited my account! I'm really cross as they knew they didn't have it and there was nothing else on my order. I have to wait until nine now before I can call them :evil:
